What you need to know to begin to navigate the SAP GUIs is covered here, but if you don't or haven't actually worked with a large company's supply chain or customer relationship management systems this information isn't going to do you a lot of good--it's about SAP (specifically using the front-end, for the most part), not ERP/CRM. If you're going to be using SAP day-to-day this book may help you get started more quickly, especially if you can follow along on your computer while reading.
If you're going to be implementing, administrating, or auditing/securing SAP, you won't get much out of this book.
